On Two had to take the 2015 Nissan Altima back to Big O to fix the Air- Condition in the car. I was the one that drove the car twice. I went in for an oil change and they told me it would be $62. Then they called me and told me they couldn’t remove the oil cap from the engine and that it broke. They quoted over $400 for the job.
