🔧 Big O Tires

On Two had to take the 2015 Nissan Altima back to Big O to fix the Air- Condition in the car. I was the one that drove the car twice. I spoke with the Manager, we me and Wife over $700.00 and Air-Condition is not fix . I hope I didn't have to spend any more money on this air conditioner that they were going to fit. I spoke to the manager he said to me I think you just trying to get something for free.This is the Big O on Thunderbird in Phoenix AZ..

Love Manager Adam ...he takes good care of us and fixes all our cars. He's honest and prices are reasonable too. Highly recommend!

I went in for an oil change and they told me it would be $62. Then they called me and told me they couldn’t remove the oil cap from the engine and that it broke. They quoted over $400 for the job. I immediately went to the garage and picked up my car. I brought it to a mechanic who I know and trust and he pulled off the cap with a wrench ($180 in labor Big Tires quoted and $20 for a new cap). These mechanics have questionable integrity and they will price gouge! Beware of scammers!

I should’ve known better. This place is only capable of selling tires if that. Every single time I brought my vehicle there they waste my entire afternoon and then call at the end of the day, saying they can’t figure it out. The last time I came in there, the owner was screaming at his son in the back of the shop or something like that and I had to go into the shop to get somebody. Today I waited in there for five minutes. No one was out. I had to walk back into the shop to find somebody to just be told that they didn’t bother doing anything to my truck but hold onto it all day and then left it unlocked in the parking lot. I keep trying to give these guys a chance because they’re so close but I’m just done. ** The main manager called me today to cus me out and tell me not to bring my car there again because I left a bad review. Who would have thought they could be worse?

I'm 85 and my Michelin tires on my car in the garage got over 10 years old. I bought my tires from Discount Tire for many years, but I was shopping for a good safe tire for a lessor price. Big O was a mile from my house, and I knew they had a great reputation, so I decided to just trust them. And I'm delighted I did. BRIAN RAMSOWER was an absolutely delightful man who greeted me. I instantly trusted him. He provided me with a great set of tires that are highly rated online. I am so proud of my new tires. My car handled like a dream in town and on the 101 at highway speeds. Traction was positive and handling was superb. The car rode smooth with quiet surety. I recommend Big O and Brian Ramsower as #1 for tires. The waiting area was pleasant, comfortable and clean. The entire experience at Big O was 5 out of 5 stars. I highly recommend them as the best in Phoenix.
