🔧 AAA Paradise Valley Auto Repair Center

I drove my car to Norm (not at this shop) but it ended up here without my authorization. Norm had my car for 3 weeks and “everyday” it was gong to be ready. Everyday there was an excuse as to why it wasn’t ready.. I paid $575 to start then, he asked me for another $100 to buy “parts”. He stopped replying to my texts after a week! After I found out it was here I called the shop. No one was giving me answers or when it’ll be ready! Finally Eric the manager got involved and he was going to “put it back together ” . I guess that’s a different meaning than fixing it because now the car doesn’t start, cables are sticking out , the part I bought is in the cup holder, the latch to open the hood is broken!!! The car is a mess ! I had it towed out of this place !! Keep in mind I DROVE my car to Norm!! It’s so sad how they treat women specially the ones without any knowledge of mechanic crap.!! They really take advantage!!! Oh and I had to involve the police for a report and insurance in all this mess due to Norm’s lack of communication and moving my car to this shop !!! Norm is the greatest excuse maker ever ! If anyone needs an excuse go to him!!

By far, my most trusted auto mechanic shop in the valley. This particular AAA location is on top of their game and never drops the ball. I appreciate you guys so much. Thank you for all of your hard work and honesty. The manager of this particular location Erick Leis truly reflex the definition of Customer Service. I’m looking forward for many more years to come of being a loyal regular customer of yours. There’s also a reason why this particular location has a near perfect google rating, which is hard to achieve. I’m glad you are all getting the recognition you deserve. Also wanted to say thank you for doing such an incredibly clean installation on my new headlamps.

I am extremely happy with the service I received. My car needed numerous repairs, including new brakes and tires. The price was more than fair compared to other car repair businesses I have used. They were friendly and accommodating. I waited less than 5 minutes for a Lyft each way which AAA set up for me. This is a free service. I've been a member of AAA for decades. I can highly recommend them.

Best experience I have ever had as a single woman with an auto repair shop!!! Made an appointment and went in for an oil change. Sandra was awesome! So friendly and professional. James, the mechanic was also great! Pulled my car in and was done in no time. They communicated everything that was done and didn't try to upsell me for things I don't need. I will never go anywhere else!!!

Recently had a repair done on my F-150. We had a tough time dealing with an extended car warranty, but the shop was extremely helpful with that stressful process. Go and ask for Justin. He is the man. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back.
