Greulich's Automotive Repair

Went in for an oil and coolant leak. After paying for a coolant system test I was told there was not leak. I was then told later, the same visit, that I do have a coolant leak. Why did I pay for a test that was wrong?? Appointment was at 8am, I called after 1pm to be told they "were just about to call", system shows they could have called before 11am since the tech was done. Had to approve more work and was told my car would be back in the bay in about 30 minutes, 3 hours later I called again and was told it was just put back in the bay. Jordan Hunter was a fantastic help this day for my battery. He went out of his way to help me figure out if it was under warranty. He is a kind, selfless worker and a great asset to your organization. God bless and keep you all :)

As a first time customer, he waived the fee to diagnose the issue then in the already jam packed schedule of the shop for a Saturday afternoon he found a way to squeeze me in. Within 40 mins i was paying for my services and was on my way out the door but not before Daniel continued exhibiting what great customer means and went out of his way to find a coupon to help cheapen the expense. For this start of AZ summer heat, I am back in the nice refreshing cool air of my truck and was treated like I …
