🔧 Greulich's Automotive Repair

Went in for an oil and coolant leak. After paying for a coolant system test I was told there was not leak. I was then told later, the same visit, that I do have a coolant leak. Why did I pay for a test that was wrong?? Appointment was at 8am, I called after 1pm to be told they "were just about to call", system shows they could have called before 11am since the tech was done. Had to approve more work and was told my car would be back in the bay in about 30 minutes, 3 hours later I called again and was told it was just put back in the bay. At the day I was told that the mechanic needed to call the manufacture for a part diagram, but he would be out for 2 days. Because of the delays in communication my car could not be handled all in one day, I had to wait for the mechanic to come back two days later to finish looking at it. The last time I brought my car here I had the same delayed communication with the "We were just about to call you" After I got my car back I was pestered, by automated systems, to provide feedback directly to Greulich's and once I did I started getting pestered by their service tracking system as well. My feedback is to ask a maximum of twice and not from multiple different sources.

Jordan Hunter was a fantastic help this day for my battery. He went out of his way to help me figure out if it was under warranty. He is a kind, selfless worker and a great asset to your organization. God bless and keep you all :)

Was extremely impressed all around! Went in for an oil change and to start establish visiting an all around mechanic for once, and the employee that I spoke with was VERY professional & delightful, then at the end I got a digital report with all the 44 things they inspected with pictures! They didn’t even push me to replace the shocks yet which were starting to show signs of need for replacement. AND the oil change was WAY more affordable than I’m used to! Amazing! Will bring my other 2 household cars here!

Been here twice. Always communicative and courteous. Shuttle service is handy but I've also stayed and waited and their waiting room is nice. Both times i brought my car in without an appt and was able to get it back same day or by the next afternoon. Very transparent about time and potential issues (for example, 2 things came up in the diagnostics and he clarified what might just be recommendations based on mileage and that i might not actually need the work)

First time coming to this place in desperate need of an AC systems check and Recharge. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and well taken care of. Customer Service from Daniel was top notch. As a first time customer, he waived the fee to diagnose the issue then in the already jam packed schedule of the shop for a Saturday afternoon he found a way to squeeze me in. Within 40 mins i was paying for my services and was on my way out the door but not before Daniel continued exhibiting what great customer means and went out of his way to find a coupon to help cheapen the expense. For this start of AZ summer heat, I am back in the nice refreshing cool air of my truck and was treated like I mattered as a customer. I will definitely recommend this place to others.
