🔧 Greulich's Automotive Repair

Took both of my vehicles in for service. My truck had inadvertently been misquoted but we got it worked out satisfactory, so I then dropped off one of my other cars for diagnosis. Great customer service and friendly. That being said, my third vehicle that they had for 3 weeks while waiting for “mike” to get to it. He never got to it. So I went and picked it up. They did damage the front bumper, busted a door molding, and side skirt. They have accepted responsibility. However, going on week 3 and still has not been addressed. Spoke with the manager twice, a week later no update, no repairs done. Im not 100% why they dropped the ball on this vehicle but they did do good work on my other two vehicles.

Greulich’s Automotive Repair provided excellent service from start to finish. Joey, Chris and the staff were professional, courteous, and took the time to clearly explain the repairs my vehicle needed. They completed the work quickly and efficiently, and the pricing was fair and transparent. I appreciated their honest recommendations and attention to detail. My car now runs perfectly, and I feel confident bringing it back here for any future maintenance or repairs. Highly recommended for quality and trustworthy automotive service.

Excellent experience at this shop. Honest group, friendly, and knowledgeable. Extremely fair pricing and easy to work with as a company. Nice, clean place to sit and wait for your car. Definitely a 5 star shop. Won't consider taking my cars anywhere else in Norterra or around there! Definitely give them a try. They sure didn't disappoint me in any way!

I love this place, Chris, Joey, and Aaron got me taken care of perfectly and my car feels like a brand new car! I been going to them for little services like inspections and they are knowledgeable about what they find/work on. I will always go back to them they are tirades experts and have great friendly attitudes. Thank you so much for the great experience!

Edited review 06/11/2025 It has now been two months to the day since I got my oil change at Gruelich’s. I have continually reached out regarding a significant issue with my vehicle, and there has been no resolution. I contacted customer care at "Sun Auto" to escalate my case, requesting to speak with a higher authority. While a ticket was submitted, there has been no follow-up or accountability from Gruelich’s. They shifted the blame to the dealership, claiming they "got one up" on me. The dealership had to fix Gruelich’s error, which resulted in a $75 oil change costing me over $500. Since their service, my car has not driven the same, and there’s potential for engine damage because my vehicle was completely depleted of oil. I am still waiting for compensation for the unnecessary expenses I have incurred due to this situation. I advise anyone considering their services to think twice. (If I could leave zero stars, I would!) I had the misfortune of visiting Gruelich's Automotive Repair Happy Valley for the first and last time on Friday, April 11th. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare. A technician failed to screw in the drain plug correctly, which resulted in my car stalling and the oil pressure warning light coming on. Which caused all of the oil to be depleted from my vehicle. I found myself stranded on the side of the road for over three hours. In a desperate attempt to resolve the situation, I called the shop and left a voicemail, expecting to hear back promptly Monday morning since they were closed Sunday. I was told that the shop manager, Chris, would get back to me. Unfortunately, that call never came. I had to call back around 1 PM, even though the shop had been open since 7:30 AM, only to feel like I was not a priority. This lack of communication and accountability cost me a day of work and a great deal of frustration. Ultimately, I had to take my car to the dealership to fix the issues caused by their negligence. It cost me over $400 for the dealership to correct their mistake. I highly recommend avoiding Gruelich's Automotive Repair if you value your time and your vehicle. There are plenty of other shops that will prioritize your needs and treat you with respect.
