🔧 Action Auto Repair

Although they did a good job fixing my truck, there was an erosion of trust. They sent me a text that was very misleading. On one page it had the final total which had approve or disapprove which I clicked on approve, and then the next page it showed a different total which was more. I called the guy at the shop and told him about it. He told me he has never heard of anything like that. I told him I would show him the text after I come in to pick up the truck after it is finished. I came in and tried to show the manager the text, which was completely changed. I did take a picture of part of the original text and showed him to prove that the text was changed. He kept making excuses that it is cheaper than the original cost so why complain. That is not the point here. I think that was very unethical and very untrustworthy as a business in regard to their relationship with their customer. Very suspicious!

Had a great experience with Action Auto Repair. Noticed a clunking noise coming from the front suspension on my car. They diagnosed the problem as worn out swaybar bushings, end links and lower control arms. It was easy to approve only the repairs I wanted using the online portal. Work was top quality and more affordable than the dealership. Car rides great again, very smooth. Staff was friendly, and I appreciated the courtesy shuttle service. Thank you Action Auto!

Wow. I stopped into Action Auto today to ask them to put some air in one of my tires. They found that my valve cover was falling off and then we didn’t have the tire lock key…I was worried it was turning into a thing. After waiting a bit the big handsome man at the front desk came and told me”ok, Suzy we got you covered today! Just come back for an oil change or something sometime” As a newly single woman going through a separation after 22 yrs I am terrified of what’s to come but today Action Auto gave this chick a win she needed and some reassurance. Thank you so much and I will be back!
