I love this place. They’re right down the road from me and have always given me good service and no BS recommendations. They recommend stuff based on evidence and maintenance logs without pushing you to do it egregiously, like many other shops. Their prices are what you’d expect from a shop, pricey based on what’s being done, BUT don’t let that deter you from the fact that they have a master mechanic and the work you are paying for is well worth the cost. You know you are getting quality service and I will continue to take my stuff here. Rocky up front has always been very communicative, helpful, and understanding. I had a mobile mechanic do most of our work and come to find out, a lot of it’s been messed up and done wrong. They have been understanding and quick to find the problems and provide a great solution each time. Thank you Precision for taking care of your customers.

I recently had work done on two of my vehicles at Precision Tire and Auto, and I couldn’t be happier with the service and results. First, I brought in my 2017 Dodge Challenger for a wheel alignment. The team was prompt, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to explain the alignment specs and made sure everything was dialed in perfectly. The car drives noticeably smoother now, and the steering is much more responsive, exactly what I was hoping for. Later, I brought in my 2011 Ford F-350 for an aftermarket gas tank to be installed. This was a more involved job, and the crew handled it no problem! The install was clean and secure, and they even double checked the system for any leaks or errors before handing it back. It’s not easy finding a shop that can do both performance cars and heavy-duty trucks with equal care, but they nailed it. Great communication, fair pricing, and solid workmanship all around. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.

Took my Jeep in for an alignment. Staff seemed very knowledgeable. Upon completion my jeep drove like a whole new vehicle. Outstanding service! Alignment tech must be one of the best because multiple other shops could not get it aligned and one even tried to tell me i needed new parts, which i did not. Very happy with the service i was provided and would not hesitate to return. The alignment price was in line with other shops in the area. However when i asked about another service, i was informed the labor rate was like $198 an hour, which seems extremely high in comparison to surrounding shops of $130-175/hr but they did do a great job so if quality is what you want, be prepared to pay for it here. I will use my other shop for most needs but i will come back for alignments when needed.

Great experience at this shop. Had a few phone calls with Rocky to discuss what I wanted done to my truck. He guided me through the process offering his expertise which was encouraging and made the buying process easier. When I showed up to have the work done I walked into a very clean lobby/waiting area. Rocky greeted me and assured me that the installation would begin promptly which it did. I waited while I had a suspension upgrade done on my truck and the job was completed quickly. The technician came and spoke to me about the job during and after and did a great job. I will return next time I need some work done and highly recommend this shop.
