My family has been a customer to this shop location for 30+ years. Since the take over by Big Brand, quality of service and pricing has gone haywire. It’s a shame that what was once a great shop, great communication and willingness to work with the customer has become just another corporate location robbing people of their money. The “free check” for my battery and alternator was actually $187. Will not return.

Fast service and car rides great. I will have to say though that Matt could have been a little friendlier or should I say genuine. A little bit of a harsh personality maybe just tired. He did not offer me or mention warranties on tires : says I declined. I was never asked. I also had to ask about watranty and extension on alignment. But the mechanics were great.

Lots of great advice and tips shared on top of getting new tires. This business gets an easy 5 not just due to customer service, but they will have you test their competition, and if they can’t beat them (which they did) they will match. And that speaks volumes. When so many businesses give you the run around or it’s a special price unless you walk away BS, this business is legit and will be going back easily. .

Matt and Mason went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I was especially impressed with how fast they got me in and out—no long wait times, just honest, excellent service. Highly recommend this location if you're looking for dependable work and a great customer experience!

Best experience I have had in a long time. Joseph was extremely knowledgeable. I was in a desperate situation with having feathering of my tires (which I now know what and why that happens) and wanted the work done right away. He allowed me to take the time to choose the best tires for me. I was also very thankful for Luis who took the time to show me really just how bad all of my tires looked. I am so happy knowing I made my best choice. Thank you for helping me out today!!! I am so very grateful for you the quick turnaround time as well.
