🔧 Big Brand Tire & Service

My wife dropped off her 4runner yesterday at 3:30pm for a routine oil change and was told we would receive a call when it was done. Never received a call and when we called the shop to find out when we could pick up the car, no one answered the phone. We decided to just go back to the shop to pick it up and they were already closed, car lock up in their outdoor lot behind the shop. No communication about being delayed or that they had finished, so we were without the vehicle all evening. Today, we go to pick up the car and there is no apology about the lack of communication an not having our car back for the night. To add insult to injury, they charged my wife more for the oil change than the toyota dealership! I have been a customer here for years and after today, I won't be returning. I would advise anyone to look elsewhere for your car service and tire needs.

I am truly grateful for Hosea and the other staff at Big Brand. They have integrity and are people who care about the people they serve. Hosea has gone above and beyond for me many times, I can’t think of anyone else I know who deserves a raise. They are stuck we me for a long time and I will refer my family and friends to them.

I was so happy to see that Jose was working at this location ..and as the manager ..so well deserved !! He helped me at a different location with another vehicle . To see him and he also remembered me ..I knew I was going to have excellent service . He got me perfect meaty looking tires and with it being a new vehicle for me he did an overall check on everything ! Who does that ?! I am beyond happy with the tires , the peace of mind ..that's great service ! Friendly ! Great workers ..I can't recommend this place enough ! Single ..even older women ..you are not going to be ripped off..it will be explained ...great place !!

Excellent service! Jose is the best manager! Gave me fair and honest estimates for my auto repair, and completed the task in an extremely timely manner. Highly recommend! (In fact, I already referred to my neighbor!)

The desperation of getting new tires after having a nail in one tire. Jose was so knowledgeable and efficient I’m glad this was my first option. Customer service was so over the top. I would recommend you to this place. Free flat tire services etc. thanks BI BRAND TIRES you rock!!
