🔧 Greulich's Automotive Repair

I had an issue with a loose component. I took my car down to Greulich's on my lunch break, they checked it out and had it fixed in under 5 minutes. These guys are integral and do a great job!

On 3/21/25 Greulich's Automotive / Sun Auto Brand @ 10827 S. 48th St. Phoenix AZ. 85044 replaced the valve covers on my 2015 Ford f-150. When doing so they broke a valve to the Turbo's and at least one other fitting causing damage to the turbo's and turbo malfunction witch threw a code and check engine light to come on within 2 blocks of the shop. Greulichs as replaced the broken fittings and the valve that they broke but refuses to replace the damaged turbo's that their negligence caused. I was told to drive the truck with the broken parts and bring it back on the next business day. The malfunction and codes kept happening over the next many weeks. On or about 5/5/2025 the malfunction happened when I was in Colorado, I called the shop to report the problem. They told me to drive the truck (600 miles) with the malfunction in progress and with the code and check engine light still on then bring it to the shop when I get to Phoenix. When they broke the parts Greulichs Automotive should have never let the truck be driven until the repairs were made. Greulichs refuses to replace the turbo's and wants to charge me $4400 to replace the damaged turbo's caused by them.

Very professional! I called with questions, they were patient with me & answered them all. Very flexible in scheduling & working with warranty company! After researching many other shops, I chose Greulich’s & I am glad I did! As a woman it’s always intimidating going into an auto shop, not knowing anything but they explained it well & put me at ease. They got my car AC back up & running, probably colder than it was before! Definitely will come back! They are amazing!

After wrenching on my own vehicles for years, I found myself unable to continue servicing my cars due to a life-changing injury. A trusted friend recommend Greulich's, and after having them complete an oil change on my car today, I can say that I'll happily trust them with any future issues when it comes to my family's automotive needs. Both service advisors seemed friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding, but Jake Reed (my main POC) went above and beyond and is the main reason I've already booked service for my other vehicle.

Great service. I had a leak in my transmission so I took it to transmission repair shop and they told me that transmission need to be pulled out and all the seals need to be replaced. I decided to get a second opinion and end up coming to Greulich. They inspect the leak and explain me what’s going on. Transmission does not need to be pulled out and cost was 1/3 of what I was told at the transmission repair shop. I am glad that I brought my car to these guys. Great job!
