Top notch & timely service at AAA Phoenix E. Thomas Street & 37th Street. And friendly staff. I have been a member of AAA since 1990 and never used their auto repair services. I had a trouble light issue that Brake Master was unable to fix. AAA fixed it quickly for a fair price.

AAA towed my car to this repair shop. I was charged $180 for diagnostics which would NOT be applied to any fixes. Was told it was my transmission and new one was ~$6000. I needed work done on my car to pass emissions. They informed me that they could do the work. They were going to keep my car 4-6 days but they only kept it two. They also kept me informed of the progress which I greatly appreciated. My car passed emissions and my vehicle registration was updated. Everyone was so pleasant. Thank you so much!

What would have been 5 stars has turned into 2. After having my front brakes done, 5 stars all the way. Scott was great, still is. However, a month later I had my rear brakes done and ever since they have been screeching and squealing worse than before I had them repaired.
