Top notch & timely service at AAA Phoenix E. Thomas Street & 37th Street. And friendly staff. I have been a member of AAA since 1990 and never used their auto repair services. I had a trouble light issue that Brake Master was unable to fix. AAA fixed it quickly for a fair price.

AAA towed my car to this repair shop. I was charged $180 for diagnostics which would NOT be applied to any fixes. Was told it was my transmission and new one was ~$6000. Had the car towed to another repair shop and found it was not the transmission but the catalytic converter. Called the manager Scott, who said there were no codes generated from the diagnostics and mechanic did not really do any other diagnostics. After I complained they returned my $180. I do not know if this was driven by greed or incompetence, but BEWARE!

I previously took my vehicle to a different shop, which unfortunately failed to rectify the issue and instead exacerbated the problem. I have been experiencing overheating issues with my car, and AAA has been diligently working to resolve the issue and get me back on the road, which is truly reassuring. Scott and Von have been exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process, and I am grateful that they successfully resolved my issues. I highly recommend utilizing AAA auto repair for a truly exceptional experience. Thank you so much!

I needed work done on my car to pass emissions. They informed me that they could do the work. They were going to keep my car 4-6 days but they only kept it two. They also kept me informed of the progress which I greatly appreciated. My car passed emissions and my vehicle registration was updated. Everyone was so pleasant. Thank you so much!

What would have been 5 stars has turned into 2. After having my front brakes done, 5 stars all the way. Scott was great, still is. However, a month later I had my rear brakes done and ever since they have been screeching and squealing worse than before I had them repaired. I took it back in two weeks after the work was done to have it looked at only to be told there were no safety issues and Nissans wear out brakes. After two weeks driving like a grandma? Seriously? Fast forward two months and it’s worse. Now I’m finding myself having to go to another mechanic and investing more money after already spending around $900 that I couldn’t already afford. I’m beyond upset, and no, don’t bother responding with reaching out by email so we can discuss “securely”. I’m either investing in my current car so I can go to work or trading in to get a new car so I can go to work. Either way, like most people, I’m struggling and now having to spend more money than I have to spend or can afford to.
