I found my new shop! These guys are awesome! Honest, upfront, communicative and thorough are just a few reasons why I'm not going anywhere else! My back was against the wall with repairs being needed and they got the job done in time in order to keep my business running smoothly can't thank them enough!

Had my vehicle repaired at AAA Phoenix Camelback and I must say they are good and efficient. Barry my service writer was outstanding in explaining my options and prices. He was also through on other items my vehicle would be needing fairly soon. Everything was handled very professionally and I was kept in the loop the entire time. There were no surprises and the service was impeccable. When the other items have to be taken care of I will certainly be bringing my vehicle back and having Barry handle the whole thing. Thank you AAA for your professionalism and excellent staff.

Everyone at AAA Phoenix Camelback was knowledgeable and took very good care of me and my car. I was kept informed as to time length of repairs and they were right on the money. Job well done!

This is the only place i go to get my oil changes and car repairs. They are thorough and honest. I appreciate their friendliness because it shows they actually care and arenβt just trying to scam you. The best part is you get a full report after each visit which helps you plan out your repairs!

Man, I hate that I feel like I gotta do this. *MAJOR BRAKE SAFETY CONCERNS* We started bringing our 2019 Hyundai Sonata maybe a year ago once our regular shop shut down. We had a couple oil changes here, and after the 2nd change, we had a steady leak... That was fine, we kinda just dealt with that until it was time for our next change. On 3/08, we came in for an oil change and asked them to dye the tank so we could hopefully diagnose any leaking. Obviously this takes some time but that's fine - we schedule a brake appointment for 3/15, at which time they'll also diagnose the oil leak. On 3/15, we had all of our brakes replaced at this shop. We were also told after this appointment, when they diagnosed the oil leak, that the plug just wasn't secured properly... the plug that THEY were responsible for over our last 2 oil changes. A day or two after, the parking brake light came on and would not shut off. By Wednesday, 03/19, we had NO brake fluid in our vehicle. My partner had to pull over in the middle of her day, realizing the brakes weren't doing their job - forget the fact it could have ended much worse. We had AAA tow our vehicle to this shop around 6PM on 3/18. The AAA tow driver took a look under the car and told us the caps on the calipers looked "hand-tightened" and that we had no fluid (in fact, he took photos of the fluid pooling around the tires). Called in the morning to verify they received it, and was immediately told, "Yes we have it but we haven't looked at it yet because there's some chaos at the shop this morning!" (???) He puts me on hold (without clarifying who I am or what my vehicle is) and when he comes back on the line he has made an assumption about who I am and which car is ours. Eventually we clear this all up but when we go to pick up the car, we are met with a series of "Aren't you glad we took care of the problem" and "We can't ever possibly know what caused this but it's fixed now!" Uh... huh. We will not be bringing our vehicle back to this shop and we in fact find ourselves questioning the continued value of AAA every year.
