I honestly consider myself blessed to have found such an awesome auto shop. I had another mechanic that not only couldn't get the job done correctly but wasted a lot of my valuable time. My car would not start and I was not able to identify the issue for a long period of time. As you can imagine this caused a lot of stress and frustration as going from being able to go and leave as I please, to relying on catching rides or rideshare became time consuming, inconvenient, and expensive. Mikes Auto Shop quickly turned my situation around by not only identifying the real issue which was a damaged camshaft, but completed the work in a timely manner and for a fair price. Every employee that I have encountered from the Tow Truck Driver (didn't catch his name) to Mike himself was professional, proficient, and honest. I am pleased to say that they got me back on the road after being without reliable transportation for 2 months. I live in downtown Phoenix and work in North Scottsdale. My car is driving better than ever and I am one of many satisfied customers. This phenomenal business is legit and as long as I reside in Phoenix, I will forever use them as auto shop for my vehicle needs. Thank you so much to to every hand involved on getting me back on the road, you truly have helped me in a way that not enough words can express.

Honest, reliable and TRUSTWORTHY. If you have a problem they can fix it not just that if your vehicle not moving they will come pick it up and everyone knowledge is Prefect. Mike and his crew did a great job! Mike got me in on short notice on a Friday afternoon and finished in a few short hours. Had a hard time finding a mechanic that could squeeze me in before the weekend. Mike and the lady in the office were very kind and had great customer service and definitely worth checking out this shop if you need great and timely service! Thanks mike, I will be coming back.

I stumbled across this place about a year and a half ago when my car actually broke down very close to there, and I'm certainly glad I found them. Mike is super knowledgeable, and they do quick good work at a fair price. I have an older car that I'm trying to limp along for another few years, and I've been in a couple times since then as well, and both times I had the car back the same day. The most recent time he had to read some fairly complicated codes out of the car to figure out what the problem was, but he still had it all squared away and fixed by mid-afternoon. Great place!
