🔧 Big O Tires

I’ve been coming to this Big O Tires location for years now and it’s almost always been a great experience. Their staff are very friendly and approachable. They also seem to stand by their work, if you ever have an issue after they’ve serviced your vehicle you can bring it back to them and they’ll make it right. Thank you to the staff of this store for always doing great work!

My unscheduled visit to get my BMW run-flat tire replaced went very well. Vincent, the manager, provided excellent service, knowledge and professionalism at a reasonable price. I definately recommend their shop for a quick fix or a large repair- ask for Vincent.

Big o on 75th and lower buckeye has great service and solid communication. I’ve taken my car there a few times and each time has been professional and completed in a timely manner. The employees are friendly and transparent which helps someone make informed decisions. Thank you guys for your help and keeping my car running.

I recently visited Big O Tires, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Vince, the manager, and his team provided outstanding customer service. They took great care of my grandpa’s tire needs, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend!

This location needs serious customer service training, brought in a fleet vehicle for service. After a quick inspection turns out there’s more to be done than requested. Ok, no big deal just get it done. Made an appointment to get the work done, Big O tire fail to honor the appointment, ok once again no big deal, I’ll bring it by tomorrow. Took the vehicle in a second time (Friday) 2 days later now (Sunday) afternoon no phone call or update on vehicle status. I decided to take a drive down there what a coincidence the vehicle was just done. Turns out an additional part was broken but can only be obtained by the dealership. Ok, let’s book an appointment for Friday drop off. Was told it was going to take 1 1/2 to complete. Turns out is now Monday morning, I show up once again No phone call or status 3 days later. Work not completed. Asked to cancel work order but something feels off. So I decided to verify that the previous maintenance was done. To my surprise I go to find out Air filter was charged but not swapped out, they didn’t even take the time to remove previous windshield oil change sticker. This is very unprofessional, Big O has failed me as a paying customer. I would not recommend any service to be done at this location. Hope this help someone out.
