🔧 Big O Tires

Update: I just checked my oil levels and it is so high above the maximum line. Avoid this place. They do not care about the quality of service. Came here because I got a coupon for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation for $50. I asked them before and after to confirm they rotated the tires and they confirmed yes both times. When I got my car back, I noticed the tires are still in the same because the back left cap was missing. They did not rotate my tires as they claimed. The only positive is that they completed the oil change in under 45 minutes.

This tire shop saved my life!!!!!!! I was borrowing a friend’s car when a tire blew on the 17. I had hired a towing agency to get a spare on it and then that blew about a half mile into my drive. Thankfully I was right across the street from this business. I walked over and these men helped me immensely. They towed the car for me and were able to get a new tire on it. They were incredibly compassionate and kind. Huge shoutout to Robert!!! Walking across the street in the 100+ degree heat with me to look at it and even driving me back to the car at one point to get my things. He turned my horrible day around. God sent!!! Thank you Robert!!!

Incompetent and Unprofessional I took my car into Big O Tires last month to fix the A/C. They claimed to have solved the issue but the ac kept malfunctioning so I take my car back to big o tire. I picked it up same afternoon and was told nothing was wrong. Minutes later, the A/C failed completely while attempting to drive across town with two kids in the Arizona heat. It was dangerous and completely avoidable. When I brought it back the next morning—less than 24 hours later—they suddenly diagnosed a major issues. They insisted their techs had nothing to do with it and couldn’t explain why it wasn’t caught the day before. No accountability, just a lot of confusion. God bless Robert, the manager, he tried, but he was clearly overwhelmed. He didn’t know what was going on, insisted he wasn't there the day before and threw his own staff under the bus. He was more emotional than helpful. Instead of fixing the problem, the team was more concerned with denying responsibility. If you need actual car work (anything beyond tires), do not go to Big O Tires. I made that mistake. **UPDATE** I’m deeply disappointed with how this entire situation has been handled. Kevin, the district manager, called me with a new quote that was significantly higher than the original one I was given. He then claimed he was offering me a discount, which conveniently brought the total back down to about the same as the original quote. It felt misleading and like a tactic to make it seem like I was getting a deal when I was really just being charged what I was told in the first place. The next day, I called and spoke with Robert, who confirmed that the amount Kevin gave me was a new quote and that the original had essentially been erased from the system after Kevin moved things around. Robert even acknowledged that the new quote seemed rather high to him as well. I’m now out of an AC, in debt for over $1,000, and my children are suffering because this happened during their first week of school. The timing couldn’t have been worse, the customer service has been incredibly frustrating, and this entire experience with Big O Tire has been a nightmare.

Justin Maes and his staff did a remarkable job! I was more than satisfied with the results and will highly recommend family and friends to this location in particular. I will continue to come back for their expertise and support on all my vehicle needs. From start to finish I was impressed. From the beginning I was greeted with hello and smiles. I see they love their jobs and take pride in their work. Each service I’ve had I was always informed and educated about the situation. This establishment always has Keurig coffee ready to go, clean bathrooms, and friendly staff. Also, if need be they are always able to usher me to work for the more extensive vehicle repairs. Please come and see for yourself the welcoming vibes and professional service given.

I have a neighbor who likes to tack nails into my tires. Luckily I purchased the tire here and they repaired it free of charge. I asked if I would be able to come back ify neighbor decided to do it again and they told me yes I am a disabled army vet and my tires are big heavy off road tires and it is difficult for me to deal with them. Thank you so much This is a proper business model!
