I can't say enough good things about this shop and the people who run it. We brought in my son's 2006 Camry with a few concerns, and Frank and his son, Frank Jr., took the time to look everything over carefully. They gave us a fair quote, explained the work clearly, and completed everything on time just as promised. But what really stood out was what happened after the work was done. During the test drive, Frank noticed something that didn’t sit right with him. Instead of brushing it off, he took the time to recheck the vehicle and discovered an issue with the front drive axle that had gone unnoticed. Rather than coming back to us for more money or stalling the process, he and his son decided to take care of the repair at no additional charge. That kind of honesty, care, and integrity is rare—especially in the world of auto repair. It was generous, considerate, and incredibly appreciated. My name is Chatauna Robinson. Frank and son owners of Cool Cat Auto Repair are very honest men in my opinion. They fixed my van for me at a reasonable cost. Other people was saying it is going to cost thousands of dollars. All I need was a brake light switch and a fuse, after the alternator and new battery was put in. They used, if I can say it like this, a for real diagnostic machine and found the problem. I am so very happy right now. Being a senior citizen it is so important to have people like Frank and his son who is honest and trustworthy and not out to bleed a person dry and take advantage of them. They were recommended to my by one of my neighbors and I just have to tell people how wonderful Frank, his son, and his company is.
