Man, what can I say. Elijah (store manger), Calvin and the rest of crew just got a lifetime customer. Those guys really know how to take care of the customer. I had an emergency blow out today and they took care of it like we knew each other for years. They took care of my problem with no hassle and no over selling like some tire companies in the area. Please give this Big O location a chance you will not be disappointed. Appreciate you guys thank you.

Excellent service from a professional and courteous team. I had new tires installed, balanced, and rotated, along with a TPMS sensor replacement and an oil change. Everything was done quickly and reliably, with no pressure to upsell. A situation came up where the mechanic missed something, but once I brought it to their attention, they immediately rectified it, apologized, and made it right…no hassles or excuses. Just honest, reliable work. Highly recommend!

As I was driving out of my neighborhood, my car alarmed that air pressure was low in one of my tires. Luckily, Big O is right across the street. I was immediately greeted by staff, and my car was checked and determined that a new tire was required. The price was what I was expecting, but the service was very good and efficient. My car was ready within a few hours since they had to source the tire from their warehouse. Thanks to the staff, I was able to get back to work quickly and at a fair price.
