Great shop! I needed 2 new tires and a realignment, all last minute, and on a Friday afternoon. I called the guys at this Firestone location at 11AM, I was in by 2pm and out by 4pm. Now that’s 2025 living, ba-bay! I couldn’t be more happy and surprised at just how quick, well priced, and fast they were. What a lifesaver in the neighborhood! Last minute appointments: check! Competitive prices: check! Fast service, with a clean waiting room: check! I couldn’t recommend this shop more.

I was out of town and had a flat. Keith the service manager was incredibly helpful. He took my vehicle right in and estimated about an hour to change out the tire. He called me 30 minutes later. All done. I highly recommend Firestone on 44th and Thomas!

I have used Firestone as my go to place for auto repair for a number of years and have always received great service at the 44th Street and Thomas location in Phoenix. They are always on top of getting repairs done quickly as well as letting me know what else might need to be done. Additionally, they look out for me for any discounts and I have developed a good relationship over the years. The main reason for this review at this time is that I moved last year about 40 miles away. I was willing to continue going to this location for anything major. For something minor or more immediate, I was willing to go to a local location. However, I have been disappointed the couple times I went there. Due to that, I will go to the 44th Street and Thomas location for ALL my auto repair and maintenance needs. I am willing to travel the extra miles for how well I am treated and highly recommend this location.
