I’ve been taking my cars to Firestones for years and all continue to do so. It was my first time going to this location since I moved and it was a great experience. Everyone was kind and understanding of my situation. I appreciated them not trying to upsell me. I got an inspection done and it came back with photos and a list ranging from fix right away to fix soon and ok. As someone who has been scammed by a mechanic more than once, I appreciate that. Only reason I didn’t give five stars was having to wait three hours despite booking and appointment that said I’d wait in the lobby. They were very busy and I was thankfully off from work. Definitely plan to drop off and leave your car there if you can for things other than an oil change or tire work.

I only give them 1 star because I did get my oil changed in a timely manner, but when I got home I noticed my engine cover missing yes it was cracked but it still did the job so you just take people stuff without asking... They said my battery needed to get replaced just bought this car this past year so I know it was BS went to autozone right after for a second opinion and tested my battery good condition and they also showed me a picture of my windshield wiper the rubber was ripped off which was not in this condition. I would recommend you take pictures or videos of your car before you even take it in sad to say to make sure they don't try to add unnecessary services.

This Firestone on 3rd and osborn was so helpful everyone was nice and took the time to really help me with what was best for my car. I’m new in town and this will definitely be the location I come back to. Thank you to the entire team for your hard-work and dedication to your customers. I have been a repeat customer of Firestone at 3rd Ave & Osborn for over a decade. Tim and Ron have been fixtures at this location for some time and I'm always happy to see them almost every time I'm in for maintenance or any other work that one of my 3 vehicles may need. There have been at least 3 other vehicles in my family that we've brought here over the years as well. These folks are honest and I've never felt pressured about what work I choose to have done. Their warranties are solid as I've replaced a lot of tires through Firestone, but also have the lifetime alignment check on all of my vehicles. I honestly could go on and on about Firestone and how appreciative I am that they keep me and my loved ones running and safe on the road. Thank you Tim, Ron, and Daryl too, for being kind and easy to work with!

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Communication at Firestone on Osborne I took my vehicle to the Firestone on Osborne yesterday with a scheduled appointment for 9:00 AM. I actually arrived early, around 8:00 AM, expecting a smooth process since the appointment had been set up in advance for two specific services: an A/C inspection (possible recharge) and an oil change. When I booked the appointment, I was told a technician would be available and everything would be handled without issue. However, when I arrived, I was told their A/C machine had malfunctioned and they needed a tech to come in and repair it before they could even look at my vehicle. The rep asked when I needed my truck back by, and I told him 3:00 PM. I left the shop expecting an update, but never received a call. I ended up calling them myself at 1:00 PM, only to find out that virtually nothing had been done. I called again at 3:19 PM, and was told the technician still had not completed the review, the oil change wasn’t done, and neither was the alignment – which they added later on, along with a “safety check” that was clearly an upsell. At 4:00 PM, I called once more and was told they were just starting or finishing the alignment, but still hadn’t done the oil change. My truck was at their shop for nearly 8 hours, and the majority of that time it sat untouched. When I first arrived, there were only three vehicles in the bay, so it’s not like they were overwhelmed. When I went to pick up my vehicle, no one proactively went over the results or discussed the original reason I brought the car in. I had to ask questions just to get basic information. Even then, they didn’t explain what was wrong with the A/C or what it would cost to fix it. I left disappointed and took my vehicle to another shop. To make matters worse, I had previously been told by a dealership that my shocks or struts had a small leak. The Firestone team said everything “looked good” — despite the alignment printout showing a red zone, indicating misalignment. I’ve been to other Firestone locations and had good experiences, but the Osborn location was extremely disappointing. The lack of communication, delay in service, and overall disregard for the customer experience was unacceptable. Firestone, please do better. After reading other reviews (which I regret not doing beforehand), my experience appears to be consistent with many others at this location.
