Took a car here for an inspection before purchasing and I'm really happy with the results. The price for the inspection was incredible considering how thorough they were (it was only $50 and took 2 hours). All the people I spoke to were very nice as well :)

Nicole’s service is incredible! She makes the process so easy and handles everything like a true professional. Never felt more comfortable having my vehicle taken care of. I’ve even personally witnessed her professionalism with others when I’ve come in a bit early to pick up my car. Their tech Mike is also incredible too and never misses a beat. There is no other place I’d rather go whenever I need a job done to my car, big or small.

We brought our vehicle to the Cave Creek Firestone for general maintenance and a couple other things we knew needed repair work. They evaluated the vehicle, gave us a list of what they recommended and explained why. Nicole gave us price quotes on each repair and helped us prioritize what needed to be done. Then she explained the Firestone credit opportunity to get discounts on our charges. The work was satisfactory. it did take longer than we had hoped, but with mechanical repairs that is often the case. The waiting area was pleasant and clean. Nicole was helpful and kind.
