Firestone Complete Auto Care

Took a car here for an inspection before purchasing and I'm really happy with the results. The price for the inspection was incredible considering how thorough they were (it was only $50 and took 2 hours). All the people I spoke to were very nice as well :)

I had a fantastic experience at Firestone! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what services my car needed - no pressure, just honest recommendations. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and my car runs better than ever! I appreciated the thorough inspection and detailed report, which gave me peace of mind. Plus, their prices were fair, and they even offered some great coupons to help! Overall, Firestone exceeded my expectations with their customer service, quality of work, and transparency. I had an amazing experience at Firestone! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and upfront about everything. They took the time to explain the issues with my car clearly and offered affordable solutions without any pressure. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and I drove away feeling confident and taken care of. It’s rare to find an auto shop that’s this trustworthy and customer-focused. Highly recommend Firestone to anyone needing reliable car service!

Nicole’s service is incredible! She makes the process so easy and handles everything like a true professional. Never felt more comfortable having my vehicle taken care of. I’ve even personally witnessed her professionalism with others when I’ve come in a bit early to pick up my car. Their tech Mike is also incredible too and never misses a beat. There is no other place I’d rather go whenever I need a job done to my car, big or small.

We brought our vehicle to the Cave Creek Firestone for general maintenance and a couple other things we knew needed repair work. They evaluated the vehicle, gave us a list of what they recommended and explained why. Nicole gave us price quotes on each repair and helped us prioritize what needed to be done. Then she explained the Firestone credit opportunity to get discounts on our charges. The work was satisfactory. it did take longer than we had hoped, but with mechanical repairs that is often the case. The waiting area was pleasant and clean. Nicole was helpful and kind.
