🔧 Firestone Complete Auto Care

6-27-25 I paid this firestone $1,650 to address excessive camber caused by a firestone in denver, co(see picture) including four upper and lower ball joints for the front end and four new struts. They didn’t address my excessive camber issue, giving my truck back with 1.6° of camber which is unacceptable. Any more than .5° of camber will cause excessive wear. 6-28-25 I brought my truck back at 8am to have adjustable camber bushings adjusted. Jim told me he would get it done that day. At 5pm when I called to check on the truck, they hadn’t looked at it. When I arrived, I witnessed a worker take off in my diesel manual in third gear for a test drive. Anyone could easily tell by the noise. When I confronted the worker upon return, he stated, “I can’t even shift your car…I stalled six times because I can’t even shift the car...I literally can not drive this truck.” These are direct recorded quotes. The manager then told me to, “take my car and leave.” When the manager tried to intimidate me, I told him to, “Stop walking toward me,” as I was recording the entire incident. When I told the manager the worker started my truck in third gear and stalled six times he replied, “Probably, yeah, so what’s the problem?” I stated I would be reporting this to corporate and he replied, “have fun, have a nice day.” I will be taking the full video to corporate and possibly the local news. I don't know why they pried out my passenger side wheel well. I'm angry about that(last picture)

Fast dependable friendly service! With an appointment your vehicle gets the performed repair done in the time frame explained when given a quote on the work to be performed. Great guys to work with too. Clean area to wait in. The managers Eddie and Jim are truly customer service oriented. I trust my vehicles to be taken care of correctly.

Caleb and Eddie were amazing!! The tread on my tire started coming off on the freeway so I had to get somewhere quick. Caleb quoted me the price over the phone and said he would hold the last matching tire available until I got there. Once there he said it would likely be a few hours due to how busy they were. I explained that I was late for work due to the tire and asked to please let me know if it was gonna get done quicker so I could tell my boss. 30 minutes later, Eddie informs me that he'd have me ready to go in 10 minutes. Unbelievable service and appreciation for my situation. I would recommend this location and it's staff (especially Caleb and Eddie) to anyone. Thanks again fellas...really appreciate it.

I had a terrible experience at the Firestone on 731 E. Union Hills Dr. in Phoenix. The Manager Eddie was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. Instead of providing good customer service, they acted like I was inconveniencing them. To make matters worse, they damaged my wheels while trying to remove the tires by not having the skillset to perform this type of work with a performance wheel and tire package. When I pointed it out, they refused to take responsibility and were dismissive about the issue and said they were not capable to remove the tires because they were too wide. Now, I’m left with unnecessary damage and a tire that is halfway unmounted. This all could have been avoided if they had been more careful and had been honest with their capabilities. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Save yourself the headache and take your car somewhere else that values their customers and treats their vehicles with care. I went to discount tire and they performed the work with no issues. Tech at discount said whoever tried this before them had no clue about what they were doing!
