Just wanted to say thank you, too, George A & George B.. I woke up to a flat tire and did not have much time before I had to be at work. As a walk-in customer in a rush, George A was kind and courteous. And help me quickly. I watched George B bring in my car and fix the tire. As all the other technicians seemed to be vary busy . The team/ staff at Firestone at Bethany Home and 35th Ave are great at offering promotions and working at getting to the root of the needs of our vehicles and getting repairs done. Also note they have a CFNA- credit to assist you when you need the funds for the immediate repairs.

I had a great experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care! From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. I came in for a tire check and oil change, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. Special shoutout to Jorge—he was fantastic! Super knowledgeable, patient in explaining everything, and made sure I understood what was going on with my car without ever being pushy. You can tell he really cares about doing a good job and helping customers feel confident in their repairs. The shop was clean, wait time was minimal, and I left feeling like my car was in great hands. Definitely coming back for future service. Thanks again, Jorge and the team!

Thanks to George & staff for a great experience today Wed 8/14/24, we had a previous Firestone tire purchase. Had a tire issue on the road this morning, and this store front was professional, helpful, nice to do business with. We will definitely recommend to all. Good Job!!!
