I had some issues with delayed start, so went to this AutoZone location to check it out. A young employee, Coda, K. was very helpful , professional and polite. He checked a battery, alternator and starter with a testing device. He was efficient and prolific. My message to the owner. Keep this young man happy and motivated and eventually promote him to a supervisory position, if he has a long term plan to stay with the company.He deserves it. You definitely need employees like him. Respectfully. D.A.

Sending this from the parking lot. Junior was super helpful, answered all of my questions after going to a competitor who didn't have the battery I needed. He not only was knowledgeable and was able to tell me about the battery but he also installed it for me. Thanks so much Junior, your service and knowledge are very much appreciated!

Well we couldn't fix the blown head gasket power through the grace of God a lot of owners of the shops and AutoZone workers discussed how to make a woman happy. To summarize we need to make sure women have AC that works, Villa for gas tank for them and don't argue.

Showed up at 1050 for a some injector o rings and the front doors are locked. The hours posted outside and online say open tell midnight. Notes on the door and no employee in sight. Parking lot full and a bunch of customers standing outside. When calling the store number they say a couple minutes but as I waited outside over 45 minutes with no change and the same response with every call.

I have been standing outside here for over an hour to do a simple return sent here from another location....and long behold store is closed no note on door no employees to be seen. Someone else arrives and was told the day before when they were closed as well that they were doing a system update for hours. Now the following night the same thing. And there are several complaints online stating the same issue no note posted no employees just a locked store that is too he open till midnight. Sorry but a system update that takes hours for a well known store I don't see their it dept doing this during business hours I'm sorry but this seems a little unprofessional and completely something an inexperienced it dept would do. This is absolutely unacceptable.
