I had an amazing experience at AutoZone thanks to Josue G. He truly went above and beyond in helping me find the parts I needed for my car. I showed him a video of the parts I was looking for, and without wasting any time, he grabbed exactly what I needed. You can tell he’s a real expert in auto parts, and his knowledge made the whole process so much easier. On top of that, he was incredibly kind and friendly, and we even had a great conversation while I was there. Excellent service, and it’s clear Josue really cares about helping customers. Highly recommend him if you need any help with your car parts!

My recent visit was an absolutely infuriating experience, made worse by the fact I was in an emergency situation desperately needing an alternator. The young man who assisted me initially seemed helpful, pulling up the part and reviewing prices. However, when I politely inquired about a lower price I'd seen online, his demeanor immediately changed. He began frantically swiping up and down on the screen, cutting me off with a terse, "This is all we have." I had to explicitly tell him I could see that and he didn't need to keep swiping, before finally clarifying my question about whether other store locations might have the part. Once he finally located it, his condescension reached new heights as he proceeded to point at each word on the screen, reading it aloud as if I were a five-year-old. Again, I had to inform him that I was perfectly capable of reading. Despite my urgent need and being moments away from purchasing a $400+ part, he then abruptly started rushing me, asking, "Is there anything else?" before I even had a chance to confirm the purchase. At that point, completely exasperated by his dismissive attitude and utter lack of customer service, I simply said "No" and walked out, leaving the much-needed part behind.

Oscar E Help changed my battery. He was phenomenal. It was 110°. I told him I would do it myself, but he insisted. Really hard worker and charismatic guy.

The Manager Jorge was very professional. Despite being understaffed and I can only assume that since the line was very long, he still made time to change our battery. Davion was also really helpful. No one else seemed to be working there that night. Thank you both and your work will not go unnoticed!

Jorge and Davion are the best. Very professional and helpful. The store was full of customers at 10:30pm with just them two! they were managing to keep the line flowing while providing exemplary customer service.
