I am from New Jersey and after visiting Phoenix, Arizona I went to Autozone to make a purchase and the sales associate was Angelica Vargas and she was very pleasant and knowledgeable . I then return the next day to see if she would still be pleasant and knowledgeable and she definitely was. This evening I worked with Martin García. As someone who works in customer service myself Martin really stood out to me and here’s why. I purchased my battery from one of the other employees, and he told me that staff can help install batteries, but he told me he couldn’t. Martin went out of his way and stepped up to help me and said he’s got it. After learning he was off the clock the entire time, we tried taking the battery out of my girlfriend‘s 2013 Kia soul for 30+ minutes at 11 at night. Not only was he patient, but he was efficient in his work, and when the store closed early and he had to deal with angry customers outside of the store, he remained calm with them in a respectful manne…

Yo AutoZone 26th St n McDowell is the best place to take your car for your auto needs. I have had the best experience at this AutoZone location and thanks to ANGELICA V.
