I am from New Jersey and after visiting Phoenix, Arizona I went to Autozone to make a purchase and the sales associate was Angelica Vargas and she was very pleasant and knowledgeable . I then return the next day to see if she would still be pleasant and knowledgeable and she definitely was. I then came the third day and made a large purchase of $450 to show my appreciation and to tell her thanks for the great customer satisfaction I experienced from her which had me visit the store again.I wouldn’t of came back to the store, but I wanted to write this and to let the company know that she is definitely a great sales associate. I don’t see why she wouldn’t be a great manager and I wanted to say thank you cause she wasn’t there the third day but that’s the only reason that I made the last purchase thank you

This evening I worked with Martin García. As someone who works in customer service myself Martin really stood out to me and here’s why. I purchased my battery from one of the other employees, and he told me that staff can help install batteries, but he told me he couldn’t. Martin went out of his way and stepped up to help me and said he’s got it. After learning he was off the clock the entire time, we tried taking the battery out of my girlfriend‘s 2013 Kia soul for 30+ minutes at 11 at night. Not only was he patient, but he was efficient in his work, and when the store closed early and he had to deal with angry customers outside of the store, he remained calm with them in a respectful manner. With about five different people at the hood of the car trying to figure out how to get this battery out Martin finally figured out how to get it out and it was awesome. If I didn’t spend $240 on a battery, I’d be giving it all to him. He deserves much more than whatever he’s getting paid now for how professional and mature the situation was handled.

I had a great experience at AutoZone when I went in to purchasing a new battery. Angelica was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She guided me through the options, making sure I got the right battery for my vehicle, since I don’t know much about cars. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole process quick and stress-free. Excellent customer service from start to finish! Thank you Angelica!

Yo AutoZone 26th St n McDowell is the best place to take your car for your auto needs. I have had the best experience at this AutoZone location and thanks to ANGELICA V. I went in with battery issue and from the moment I walked in she greeted me with a smile and proceeded to ask what issue I was experiencing. I told her battery. Then she took care of me with a great attitude and very helpful too. ANGELICA got me the correct battery for my vehicle and got me checked out right away so I would b able to hit the road.
