🔧 Discount Tire

Went to Discount Tire in Metro Phoenix yesterday for the first time and received the quickest most professional customer service ever! They explained everything to me in detail (a little bit too fast speech) but I asked questions and the gentleman explained it again. Got all 4 new tires all done without an appointment in about an hour.

Called the day before my appointment to make sure they had my tires in stock. Unfortunately they did not, but Patrick arranged for the store to have some dropped off in time for my 8:45 am appointment. Saved me hours, I'm sure. Thank you Patrick! They got my car in and out in a flash. Thank you to the whole crew. Very nice and efficient!

We have used the Metrocenter shop for 20 plus years. We have never had a problem until this week. Victor reviewed the issue, and promptly took care of the issue. It took a couple of days, but waiting on parts is tough in these times. Justin called us and told us our car was done. No additional charges. You guys will have our business for life! Thank you for taking such good care of us!

Absolutely love Discount Tire! My husband and I have been coming here for years and we’ve always had a great experience. Sawyer, the assistant manager, is incredibly nice and helpful every single time we’re in. The tire warranty has saved us so much time and money over the years—it’s seriously been a game-changer. I absolutely suggest going to this Discount Tire. Customer service by Patrick was amazing! Looking for new tires for my Silverado and Patrick was very helpful and friendly! Also amazing customer service by Victor who kept me updated as soon as they got my tires in, they said it would take a few days to get the tires in and they had them next day! (Also completely understandable they didn’t have the tires in stock, mine aren’t the most common 35”) They also worked with me because I had to get new lug nuts. Had an amazing experience at this Discount. Thanks Victor and Patrick!
