While I cannot speak ill of the speed of the service, which for me was about two and a half days, or, I can’t be too critical of the communication with the mechanic, what I can say is, however, that a mjolnir pendant that was stored in the center console storage was stolen. This cannot have been a mistake as receipts and papers that were there as well were covered in greasy hand prints which none had before. I would not recommend anyone else taking their vehicle there.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP!!! I had my Audi there for over 6 months and no communication from Justin and he was trying to get me to send him money for parts I did not need. It already had the new engine. I took it to a legitimate shop and I was told some of my parts are missing. This guy is a scammer! Please do not take your car here!

This was my friend of 15 YEARS. Thought he could be trusted but apparently not. DO NOT GO HERE it's a scam! He replaced my catalytic converters which was the only thing I asked to be installed. After days of it being in the shop and no word on the progress, no communication, I went in on day 4 and a new radiator had been installed. Drove the car home and radiator fluid leaked everywhere. Come to find out when I took it to a legitimate shop, they told me that he had not put the radiator back correctly, there was a hole in the radiator and missing bolts. This new repair cost me $1000 to fix plus the rental I had to get so I could go to work. I'm now out $2000 for his mistakes which he refused to take responsibility for. If anyone else has been scammed by them please contact me, I am taking legal action against him and the shop now and anyone else who wants to sue let me know. We have already started the process. I have also called the police for auto theft for all the missing parts.
