Discount Tire

Location on Cave Creek/ Bell is only one I trust in AZ. I've been to several locations around the valley. They do not upsell here pretty direct on what u need n give u options to make your own choice. Easy to work with. Understanding of issues u feel yourself when driving n more. I really like this group. 1 location screwed up my daughters tires ( ordered all brand new for a big trip) n had a flat managed to get to a shop very close waited 7 hrs n the crew screwed up on 4 cars prior - wrong tires on wrong cars made me nervous. Got home n next am went to my shop to have tires double checked.

I had a great experience at Discount Tire overall! The service was quick, and the staff was very friendly and professional, which made everything smooth and easy. The only thing I didn’t love was during the initial inspection — one of the team members was leaning on and touching the body of my car. Afterward, I noticed prints on the paint. Other than that, I was very happy with the service and will definitely return in the future.

One of the tires was mounted inside-out on the rim. 2. All four tires were manufactured a year ago. I went back inside to raise my concerns. A manager came out from the shop, and I explained what I had found. Unfortunately, he downplayed both issues. He claimed the tire wasn’t mounted incorrectly and that it would be "fine," and expla…

I brought in my car after experiencing a flat tire and scheduling an appointment online. Ryan at the service desk inspected my tire and gave me a caution that they might not be able to repair the tire due to the way the nail was sitting. However, upon inspection on the lift, they determined the tire was repairable, so after the repair and rotation/balance, I was on my way without any need for replacement. Great service delivered within the stated time frame!
