This shop is very honest, does good work, and doesn't try to take your wallet for a ride. They notice and recommend when parts are starting to get old and damaged. I've been taking my cars to them for about 17 years now.

I came in on Tuesday, 3/11/25 to get an estimate for A/C repair on my 2015 Honda Odyssey van. I was expecting the worst. Mr. Tien came out and spoke to me and said I would need a blower motor and he could assess if anything else was needed as that was done (about $350 parts & labor). Less than 2 hours later, work was completed and van was good to go. Van A/C and heat works perfectly! I am definitely a new and satisfied customer. Thank you, Mr. Tien.

Any time I need servicing done on my vehicle this place has always been happy to help & it’s always a speedy process. The work is always done properly by amazing mechanics & I’ve never had any issues! I highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for a great place that operates with integrity. I don’t live in Phoenix anymore but they’re truly worth the travel for servicing.

Took my truck in for a oil change today.. the the young lady working the front Veronica was such a pleasure to deal with... She has a beautiful smile and a pleasant personality. I will bring my truck back for service and recommend japanese auto to my friends and family 😁

Went in today to get a pre-purchase inspection on my 2020 WRX. Tien was not only professional but very kind and easy to talk too. The service was quick and thorough. I also expected to pay at least double of what they charged. In the end I was provided an invoice with suggestions of what the dealership can fix. I should also mention that I drove through the Valley to get to this location. A friend recommended the shop to me and he doesn't even live in the state. That's how known this place is for their honest service. Great place to take your car! I'll be back when my car needs maintenance!
