Jimmy was awesome, came to look at my AC on the hottest day of the year after hours and got it back up and running again, no questions asked. He was very professional and answered all my questions. Would recommend him to anyone.

I had an issue with my air conditioner. I took a chance and called way cool plumbing. They sent out Brandon Mallory. What an awesome technician he was so knowledgeable and efficient after he diagnosed the problem he had a conversation with me then he went to get the parts. He said he would be back in 30 minutes to install then and he was completely on time. He checked the system multiple times to make sure everything was working I couldn't be happier. We recently had both of our HVAC units replaced, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Way Cool HVAC! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and downright impressive. Kendra Harrison went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of every step of the way. She was kind, knowledgeable, incredibly responsive, and made sure we felt confident in every decision. Beau was very patient and collected answering my inquires. Was able to get a selection of options and had his coworkers in office contact me directly regarding breakdown of equipment and prices, Kyle and Josh assisted me as well and I appreciate them for their quick reaponse time. I also recieved my email notifications as requested . The company also has portable ac units that can temporarily be installed if fix cannot occur same day so dont have to be in a hot house. Very awesome.
