my experience here was beyond exceptional. Fast and efficient services. I was kept informed throughout the whole process. Customer service exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be coming back here and will be recommending Aces to all my friends and family that need work done to their vehicles. These professionals care about what they do and will make sure you are taken care of.

I sensed a lot of ego and unprofessionalism going into the shop today. Other than the guy up front, nobody acknowledged me as a new customer. Not a single introduction of the crew members taking care of my vehicle. How about starting with "hey good morning sir my name is such and such and we will be taking care of your truck today". I hear workers in their meeting room cussing and trash talking out loud about other customer experiences with their door wide open. I took in my truck in for a rear main seal leak and they quoted me for $1200+. I called around other shops to see if I can get a better price and came across a shop (which had better reviews than Aces) that would do it for $900 plus tax. I asked the guy up front to see if they can compete with that price and turns to ask another guy who shrugs his shoulder and says so nonchalant, "you get what you pay for". I immediately requested to get my truck out of the bay to leave. The guy up front "suggests to be careful" about going to the other shop. He brought up the fact that it was "only a $300 difference". If it was "only" a $300 difference why wouldn't they compete with that? They pull my truck up front, motor was on with windows open and I get no indication to leave. I thought they'd hand me my keys or at least tell me "hey sir your truck is ready up front". I sit there for 5 minutes while my truck in on outside with nobody up front until the guy walks in and casually says "you're good". Oh and their A/C doesn't work in the lobby either. Lovely red paint job on the shop tho.

Highly recommend Colton! He was so helpful and understanding to my car problems. They allowed me to bring my car in early and was able to get me in and out the same day! Appreciate him going above and beyond for me ✨plus I have air conditioning again!

I have always had great service at this shop with my older Honda that I love. So has my boyfriend with his newer truck. I had a diagnostic issue with the airbag light and Colton was able to hook up my car and get right to what’s causing the problem! And it was quick! They are great. It’s so important to have a mechanic you can trust.

Brenda McClure Dale was wonderful and worked with me to get my car fixed. Clean honest shop that doesn't price gouge you. Refreshing in this crazy world we live in. I'm super glad my sis in law told me about dean's. I couldn't be happier.
