🔧 Super Discount Transmissions

Water in my transmission!!! I came to Super Discount Transmission to have them power flush my transmission in hope of being one of the lucky ones who could simply refill the transmission and things would be back to normal (Despite everything I learned on line about water being a death sentence for transmissions). The owner of Super Discount had me tour his shop and showed me what components were likely to fail. I told him I needed my truck to last just long enough until a rebuilt transmission I found on the web could be ordered. Upon revealing the price of that transmission, The owner said he would pull my transmission, install a rebuilt, and have the truck ready to go by the next morning for the same price ! Dreading the thought of having to do the install myself, I choose to leave it in Super Discounts hands. My truck was ready for pickup the next morning and performs perfectly ! I am so glad that I found Super Discount. I am a very grateful customer :-)

They charged me $2,000 over the original quote and it still wasn’t fixed. I paid $6,000 for a rebuild on my transmission and within 2 days had issues. When I told them about it I was given attitude and talked down to. After having another shop take a look at it I was informed they had not only ignored several issues with the transmission and ignored fixing them but also didn’t use the correct fluid. I feel as tho I have been lied to and stolen from. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!!!!

Update to previous review. After they denied any wrong doing, iv taken my car to two different shops who said the only thing they could do is install a new transmission because my rebuilt one is hacked too bad. Im not a transmission guy but iv been building engines for 30 years so im not a novice. My 800.00 headers have to be cut off because the flange was bent by a pry bar. I pulled the transmission myself and the input shaft is loose and damaged by improper throw out bearing install. Have to rethread 3 crossthreaded screws in the engine block, co2 sensor also crossthreaded. New starter cause the old one was damaged when it backed out due to one bolt holding it in. The ears on the bell housing are bent due to it being forced in. Suing them would cost more than a new transmission so as much as I would love to I just have to suck it up and deal with my circumstance. My dream car is now a nightmare. I can't afford it anymore, have to get it running and sell it for whatever I can get. Iv never written a bad review before but the way they flat out denied any responsibility after a month on a 1 year warranty i have to warn anyone who wants to go there. I'm sure this isn't an everyday thing for them but you never know if your next.

Just saying thank you to the people at Super Discounted Transmissions is not enough, for all the hard work and dedication they put into saving my wife and I from being stranded on a 6 day road trip across the country. Not only did they take us without an appointment, but they moved mountains to get parts needed for our vehicle early and even provided us transportation back to our hotel while they worked on it. Very much appreciated the effort you put into taking care of customers.

Transmission when out so I came here for the first time. Hoping for the best being that it's hard find decent shops.i can say this was definitely a smooth easy experience. They had my truck back on the road asap. Truck shift smooth no more ruff shifts thanks to super discount transmissions.
