I recently hired Klein Heating and cooling to replace 2 shut-off valves for our washing machine as well one for our outside faucet. All three shut-offs were seized and were in need of replacement. Klein Heating and cooling technician was able to provide me with a quote right away by text after sending him pictures of the shut-offs that needed replacing. He is great to deal with! AC suddenly stopped working! I called Klein Heating and cooling, they took my info, got me in touch with a technician within an hour. He called and let me know how far out he was, arrived quickly, figured out the issue with our AC unit, provided a reasonable estimate with options, had parts available (thank goodness!), repaired our unit in a timely manner and we couldn’t be happier! 10/10 would definitely use them again, thanks so much Klein Heating and cooling!

Klein Heating and cooling technician arrived within an hour of my call and found a fix for my ac that was in my budget.
