I tried to call 3 times today on my husband's behalf to request some information and this rude and unprofessional "lady" kept hanging up on me without even let me talk, and it turns out she answers both lines. If you are having a bad day girl or you don't want to work then leave work for someone who does wants to work and don't waste people's time.

I sent my driver to get AC compressor installed they wanted to charge about 1000$ I told them AC compressor cost 200$ it’s about 2 hr job the. Then I told them go ahead and fix I’m not having my driver without a AC since it’s very hot in phoenix, then mechanic decided not to do the job and still charged me 129.99 for diagnosing the truck when I told him what was wrong with it … never recommending …

If your truck's air conditioning breaks, this place is the last thing I would recommend. They want to charge you over 1600 just for changing a 400 dollar aftermarket compressor. They took me approximately two hours to tell me what I already knew and for that alone they charged me 129.99 the word honesty in their office is too big for them
