I can't say enough good things about this aamco ! they have been the greatest team (and my car needs a team) at keeping my car rolling ! I have a 2012 Ford focus sel ! worst year and worst mnfr plant out of Michigan. this lil car should have never been sold new let alone used ! so many issues ! but thanks to all the help at this aamco I'm not walking or bussing it ! I get treated very well they're a very knowledgeable group including the office mgr ! she knows her shit ! I pay what they've estimated the cost to be and never any surprise charges after the job is done . fast honest great service ! thank you aamco !

I'm completely not satisfied with the office management or lack thereof at this location. She's never in the office and the phones are manned by the mechanics when thy have time. I'm currently trying to catch her in the office to get warranty work (worth a few thousand) scheduled. I can't leave a message because voice mail is full. Does anyone pay attention this this site and read this stuff. If so please feel free to contact me so I can get my work scheduled or maybe see if i can get this scheduled some where else. I left my car to get a diagnosis and left personal belongings inside. My Windows are completely tinted so you can't see inside. Well guess what happened.. it was broken into and I was robbed. There were several cars parked outside and ONLY mine was broken into. When I made a police report.. the guys inside said ONLY camera worked but there were 2 working cameras and it only got the car when it was leaving. My car has an alarm so How did they take the terminal off of the battery so quick & easily ? When I asked the manager for help he quickly became defensive and pointed to a sign that says he isn't responsible. I did Not deserve for this to happen to me 😭💔
