I received exceptional service from Simon. He was highly attentive and provided me with the most outstanding customer service. I am definitely planning to return to this car wash. Ivan was also super friendly and a great manager by keeping everything clean and made sure everything was running smoothly.

Simon & the crew was amazing! Basically pumped my ride and made it look brand new again! Removed adhesive glue off my window and also got rid of the big white streak on the of my car! You got to go check them out if you want a top notch detail inside and out! Make sure you ask for Simon, Ivan, & Christian! Also again s/o the crew that did the detail, wish I got their names!!

Signed up for the monthly Ultra star with the help of Simon Ivan figured I'd stick to this place since they took care of my last truck now let's put the new one on the program they also have a lube service aswell great place

I never leave reviews- I think this is my first and only. But I was so impressed I had to leave a review. I was able to get a car wash, and customize a cleaning plan with a gentleman named “Simon.” I believe the manager Ivan? Simon let me know about several different options that covered what I needed done, and some extra things as well. He was respectful of my budget but still letting me know about all the available options, different ways to bundle and get more. He also kept me informed during the process, and advised on follow up care. I’m very glad I got Simon because by the time the car was done- it looked new!!!! The detail crew did an AMAZING job. My car is 15 years old, and had a lot of spills in it. The doors had something “sticky” from a Coca Cola spill, and there were stains on the roof of the car from a Coca Cola bottle that exploded. I tried washing them out at home…. but couldn’t get roof stains out, and couldn’t get all the small nooks some of the soda had gotten to on the door. I figured it’s an older car, and that’s just what happens. I was shocked and impressed they were able to get them out!!!!! The floors have nothing on them and look stainless like a new car in a dealership!!! The plastic part of the car is all shiny now. I was really impressed with what I got and what I paid for it. I had no idea the car could look this AWESOME after 15 years, a Coca Cola bottle explosion, toddler crumbs, and other various spills. 100000% recommend. I’m unsure how long the process normally takes, but if you want your car to look as good as it did new, make time for it, being a book or something, and hopefully you’ll get the same sales person and detail crew I did. I called my boyfriend afterwards and actually sent photos to my family who didn’t believe it was actually my car. I only have after photos, and didn’t take any before photos because…. Well…. I just didn't expect it could look this good after a cleaning. Really amazing job, really affordable and worth the price.
