One of the tires on my RV went flat on the highway. After calling them, the technician arrived in 30 minutes, and changed the tire quickly. He found out that the flat was caused by a faulty tire stem, and was able to change the stem and reinflate the tire, which saved me probably $120 on buying a new tire, and he even reinflated my spare tire too. Thank you Hugo! You turned what would have been a major problem into just a minor inconvenience.

Imagine my surprise when I went out to my garage to drive my brand new car to the store and realized I had run over a massive construction staple and wrecked one of my tires. Thankfully I found Zavala's Mobile Tire Service! I reached out to them and they were at my house (on a Saturday night no less) to replace my tire within 1.5 hours. My new tire is perfect and I'm back on the road!

I had used these guys in February for a semi tire patch. It was only $206 that day and I gave the guy a $60 tip now barely 6 months later I called them again for another semi tire. It was the drive tire this time on the phone asked for we sent her the picture and she immediately said that it was able to be patched. She tells me it’s gonna be $252 as you can see the prices went up about $50 since February OK whatever I just wanted my husband to get his tire fixed. When the guy got there, he said that the tire can’t be fixed because the piece of metal that got into it and said that we needed a new tire. The person on the phone, the girl that I spoke to, apparently is the wife That owns this Tire business. Remember at this point in time I had already paid them $252. She told me that she would refund the $79 back for the patch service since we didn’t do the patch service. Said that the new tire with balance installation and travel fee would be $689 Plus tax, which came out to $743 at first I was confused because I was wondering why she wasn’t taking the $252 from that price. She was not clear about charging a second service fee so the first service fee when he first came was $150 Common sense would’ve been to bring Tire with you just in case but they do that on purpose so that they can charge you another $150 to run five minutes away. So altogether it was $300 just for him to drive a few miles to get there and to go get the tire! Which is freaking crazy!!!! We were returning customers we do this run five days a week we would’ve called them every single time that we needed a tire they 💯 percent ripped us off yesterday! $1000 for a freaking tire are you kidding me! When we know damn well that you got that tire at that warehouse for probably $200-$250! How are you doing this to people when you know that they’re in a bad situation like that! And your guy was ready to take the tire off our truck because you and me were still figuring out the damn bill!? Do not call this business! There are plenty of other businesses out there that do the same work! The fact that they charged $300 for the travel fee has still got me boiling even 24 hours later! We literally drove all the way to Phoenix round-trip 12 hours for nothing because our entire profit for the day went to Zavalas tire service!!!!! Then they don’t even know how to run their business. They’re getting free invoices off the Internet when I asked for an invoice. And then she’s using a system that doesn’t properly show the prices. She just puts her numbers in. I had to ask for a breakdown, she just gave the price!!!! They’re collecting tax and probably not paying it to the state!!!! Do not use this business!!! I’m so happy with the service!!!!! They Finished at 12 am - brake pads , oil change & new tire after I blew mine on the highway. It was a late call but they responded & still made their way to me . Enrique was nice & got the job done . 100% recommend !! Thank you 💕👏🏾

These guys were amazing! I needed a new tire because mine blew out. I called around 11:30 in the morning and Enrique had a tech in my driveway by 2. The tech was quick and got the new tire on in less than 20 minutes. I will definitely use their services again.
