Excellent craftsmanship and customer service by Parker. I had dropped off a couple of ring and pinions as well as tra sfer case gears to get cryo'd and REM treated. We experienced a few hiccups that were not within our control. Parker was an excellent communicator with me and the shop my Landcruiser was at. To make sure we did the best we could to make a deadline Parker stayed late into the evening at the shop to personally make sure my gears were done. Completely went above and beyond given the circumstances. Furthermore ... after parting with handful of gears and swag my installer commented on the high quality of the work done to these gears. Everyone was gawking at my gear (not the first time I must say). I can't recommend Ayers and Gear One enough. Thanks guys what a great and valient effort.

I do gear installs on Toyota 4Runners,Tacomas and Landcruisers and, for 2 years now, I have Ayers perform the REM super polishing process on my ring and pinions....Boy, what a difference it makes to the gears. I just wish they had a shuttle to the Prescott area where I live now :) They also can now cryo treat the gears for strength improvements. Ken the gear guy.
