Less than an hour for routine maintenance. The customer service excellent. nice friendly people. At the dealership they always strongly recommend other work to have done with a hint of it being necessary but AAA did not do this.

Robert at the front desk was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! The oil change took less than an hour, and the pictures attached to the multi point inspection were informative and supplemental. Super genuine and professional, I will be returning for future oil changes, and may just become an AAA member! Thanks guys!

On April 8, 2025, my car was towed to a AAA repair shop after Discount Tire broke my lug nuts while replacing a front tire. The AAA driver didn’t inform me which shop my car was taken to, forcing me to call around to locate it. Since then, my experience with the shop has been frustrating and disappointing. I spoke with Robert and Scott at the shop, neither of whom were helpful or empathetic. While working through a claim with Fleet Response, Scott called me on April 11, demanding payment or threatening to tow my car from the shop until the claim was approved. After resolving the payment issue with Fleet Response and confirming with AAA, I was told my car would be ready by Monday, April 14. However, when Monday arrived, the shop didn’t contact me. I had to call for an update, only to learn that repairs hadn’t started and additional work was now required, awaiting a part. They estimated completion by Tuesday, April 15, or Wednesday, April 16 at the latest. On April 15, I received no update, and my call went to voicemail. I later got a text claiming the car should be finished that day. The lack of communication, delays, and unprofessionalism have made this a terrible experience. The shop even pressured me to authorize more work than originally needed. I strongly advise against using this shop—they showed little respect for me as a customer. I won’t be returning, and I’m still waiting for my car.not to mention I picked my car up with my battery dead

As a young woman, any car problems can be incredibly overwhelming. I accidentally called AAA Chandler West Auto Repair when I was trying to find out about my battery's warranty. That was when I head the pleasure of meeting Bre on the phone! From the first phone call this business was incredibly professional and kind. I was able to take my car in for repairs that day and they explained to me my options. They even called me a lyft home after dropping off my car so I did not have to walk! They were very communicative throughout the whole repair process. They fixed my car's leaking oil gaskets and O2 sensors as well as later I brought it back in for a thermostat repair and coolant exchange. They did quick and honest work. They got it done within a couple of days for a fair price. They provide small business hospitality while having the credibility of a large cooperation. They explain things well and they do not make you feel dumb for not knowing certain things either. I recommend them to anyone looking for honest and efficient auto repairs.

They popped out my cabin air filter and took a picture of it for free. But later claimed the reason it cost $90 in labor to replaced that $20 part was because it was so labor intensive. The labor was more than the total cost of the service I came for. I'd suggest they mention that before offering the service next time. But there won't be a next time.
