🔧 Spencer Auto Repair

Had a 7am appointment At 3:00 i new more about my vehicle because they did a full inspection I just wanted my AC fixed and I authorize the repair first thing in the morning at 4:30. They were evacuating the system and a little bit before five they called me after I already left and told me they were done. I just wish they would’ve focused on the tasks. I asked them to solve for me. It wouldn’t have cost me an extra day and a lot more time. I believe if you make an appointment, you should receive the attention you need to get through that appointment The AC is working good And I refused the up sell inspection items

I have taken my car to Spencer autos a few times now and as a female I feel taken care of and feel like I finally have a shop they I can trust. They’ve never taken advantage of me or pressured me to do repairs I could not afford at the time. They esp took care of me after I hired a mobile mechanic who left my car inoperable. I can’t thank them enough and going fwd will never take my car anywhere else. Thank you for being true gentleman 🙏

These guys fit me in fast and really took care of my vehicle. Had it done and tested quickly and completely made my day and relieved me of the burden of trying to continue troubleshooting my vehicle. People you can trust and I'll be back for oil changes and more just because of the way I was treated.
