If you’re contemplating whether to take your car here - do it. I’m very glad I did. After reading many reviews I decided to place my trust in Ken’s, even though I have had bad experiences with many mechanic shops. I am very much not a car person, and Christina couldn’t have been more helpful in explaining every step of the process. They fixed my A/C for a very reasonable price, and helped me out with a few other issues my car was having. Any other auto shop would have probably overcharged me for the work they did, but they were truly fair and honest about everything. I will certainly be coming back if I have any car issues in the future.

We have been taking our cars here since we moved to Arizona, so for 11 years now. They have exceptional customer service and are diligent, fair, and honest with the work they provide. They are very accommodating with your schedule if you choose to wait there and have a great lobby to sit in while you wait for your car - perfect space for me to get work done on my laptop. Bonus points too, because Christina and Ken are a delight to talk to, and are just genuinely kind and wonderful people!

I have been bringing my cars to Ken’s for 7 yrs. I am a retired aircraft mechanic and have always worked on my own cars. I’m now in my 60s and could do the work - but would pay the price later. This family owned business does such a great job and is priced fair, and above all are just good honest people running a business. It’s great to have found this auto repair place. My 2007 Ford F-150 (my baby) had a check engine light. I used a code reader and #4 spark plug and coil pack issue. 162k miles and first time plugs pulled. Well I took it to Ken’s and all plugs and coil pack changed. I thought I also had a transmission issue. Doing the plugs and coil packs took care of that issue. If you are a young certified mechanic this would be a great place to start if you wanted to be trained on owning your own business. Hats off Ken’s Auto for treating your customers well! Appreciate you!

After getting a quote for repairs from a competitor, I took my Hyndai Sonata to Kens, where the repair was over $200 less! Next day, however, the check engine light started flashing and it was after 5pm. I decided to see what the competitor thought. After putting that sensor tester gadget on the car, competitor told me I would need to pay $195 for a diagnostic work by a mechanic. I decided to wait til kens was open. Christina called me about 2 hours later to tell me the knock sensors are a known issue and hyundai is involved in a class action lawsuit with regard to replacement of engines due to failure of these sensors. I was able to pick up my car with no additional charges! Thank you Kristina and Ken!

I encountered a usual incident with my truck back at the end of January. Christina was such a great support she went above and beyond, the adjusters at my insurance carrier (PROGRESSIVE) FYI don’t carry this insurance, they could be great when it comes to cc but my experience was one of the most difficult ones and if you don’t follow through with their decisions…they will punish you. I have been a client at this shop for several years always taken care of my truck but this time was different with a freak accident while the insurance company stalled everything, Christina was there holding my hand. She is so knowledgeable and knew how to guide me through this ordeal, this is one of the only unique shops that still provides top service, you can’t find it anywhere else, they’re integrity is superb and always do everything in the interest of their clients, I’m blessed to be able to come here and know my auto is in great hands. Because of the insurance took their time in paying them it was about 5-6 weeks but once they got all in place my truck was fixed within days. Can’t Thank them enough for all they did. I highly recommend this shop for all you needs specially if you are a female because most of the time you will be taking advantaged even if it’s something simple you may end paying more only for the simple fact we are females.
