Scott Repmans Truck and Auto has always treated me like family. They have always been reliable, affordable and honest. Their staff is amazing and I definately recommend them to anyone who needs any type of auto repair.

The customer service from the guys in the office is amazing and knowledge from the mechanics is top notch i highly recommend this shop for any and all issues, thank you so much for a great experience to scott and crew!!

They are very fake and unprofessional people. no customer service whatsoever at all from owner to the technician. they charged me $1500 and brought the RV home with same issue nothing was fixed I reached out the owner to explain that they missed diagnosed the issue he was upset. He threatened me that if I come back he would trespassing me from his shop. I know they can’t do that because I have an invoice and they didn’t do their job correctly. they must do it right first place. I will not do business with these people again and they are not trustworthy folks.

Took my FULLY FUNCTIONING '08 F150 in for a tune up and a vibration that only occured at high speed. I anticipated $4k-$5k and a week repair time but what I ended up with was a disaster that cost me over $14,000, took more than 2 months and resulted in my paying out of my own pocket for a new engine. Fyi - the truck is worth less than $10k. They did the toon up and they "checked the plugs" and told me plugs were good even though they had 100k miles - $4k. The plug check is key! Drove the truck for 1 DAY and got a check engine light and the engine would not idle. Returned - #5 cylinder now doesn't fire (spark plug check on the exact same cylinder). Back in the shop and now the truck DOES need new plugs and coils $1k. Go to pick it up for the 2nd time and they tell me it has a vibration but it should go away. It doesnt go away and it gets worse immediatly. Now the engine sounds like it is suffocating so I return it again. They say they will check it out? Now my Catalytics are blown and need replacement because the #5 cylinder wasn't firing (spark plug again) but "not their fault". They replace the Catalytic converters and when I go to pick it up it will not back out of the parking space $4k. I am furious! They keep the truck and come back with full engine replacement $6k which I either paid or would have been forced to scrap the whole truck. TOOK FROM MARCH TO JULY, SAID IT WAS GOOD 3 TIMES, NEVER ADMITTED FAULT AND MADE ME PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE - UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Scott’s son Alex was so nice when I came here for help on my Kia a few months ago. He easily could’ve made me pay extra but instead gave me very good tips and somehow got me a free rental with the car warranty I didn’t know I had. He reassured me that I wouldn’t be paying too much and that I’m in good hands, and didn’t mind making sure I understood what was going on. The communication skills were awesome and called me to update me on everything so I stayed in the loop. They even drove me home! 10/10 recommend especially for women who don’t know much about cars and don’t want to be mislead, these people can be trusted.
