I had flooded out my engine in the process of driving through what I originally thought was a puddle, but turned out to be a LAKE (figuratively speaking)!!! I had called AAA because I am a member and unfortunately they could not provide a specialized tow that could retrieve my vehicle from any body of water. They told me to call police, or wait till water subsides. THANKFULLY, a DB Auto rep named Bran had driven past me, and immediately came to help. Not only was he knowledgeable and confident in his help and service, but he also guided me through the insurance claim process and prompted which questions I should be asking and why. He was even kind enough to give me a ride back to my house. Bran was reachable and available to help the next day as I came through to check out my vehicle and move it to a different location for insurance adjustment. Unfortunately I was unable to leave it at their location due to time constraints from that territory adjuster, but I am glad Bran was there to help me. He saved the day and everyone at the shop is there to not only help on a professional level, but on a personal level too. I look forward to utilizing Bran and DB auto in the future when I find myself in a predicament! A company that is there for you!

I'm disabled and these guys really helped me out when I needed it the most by working with my severely limited budget. But... But when I came back two months later to have more work done (power steering pump) the one guy had quit or something and the one remaining took shortcuts on cleanup that could have cost lives. I had the power steering pump replaced and he said there might be a little smoke from under hood for a few min from when the fluid supply line was disconnected. What he did not say was that it would be so much smoke that I could not see while driving. He also did not say it would flood the interior of the vehicle filling the inside with thick smoke pouring in from the vents. I could not breathe and was forced to turn on my hazards and pull over on the side of the road and get out. It took an additional half an hour for the smoke to stop. They refused to service ABS break systems or components and will not work on Subaru vehicles. I guess you indeed get what you pay for. Make sure if you have work done here that they cleaned up after themselves. You may also want to take the extra time to make s sure the smoke has stopped.
