GREAT EXPERIENCE! Jeff, Keyia and the crew did beautiful work on my Camaro. I can't express how much I appreciate all their hard work! I had a unique situation where I was dealing with 2 insurance companies and 2 separate claims; it got confusing at times but they were always so helpful in making sure everything went as planned. After owning my truck for a month someone sideswiped my vehicle ruining my bumper tail light and driver side truck bed. Needless to say I was heartbroken. When I called desert valley, Keyia got me scheduled right away. Both Jeff and Keyia reassured me that my truck would be as good as new. I knew they were busy with work and was not expecting to get it back so soon but I received it a week later in perfect condition. Jeff called me and kept me informed of where my truck was on process, I never had to call them and ask. Customer service off this caliber is unheard of now days but Jeff and Keyia know the definition of customer service. I will always go back to Desert Valley

I had an excellent experience with Desert Valley Auto Body after a skid accident with my Lexus ES 350. I needed a new front bumper, new grille, new headlight and repair to the driver's side fender. Jeff Krouse, the manager, communicated with me regularly and frequently, letting me know which parts were in, which were ordered and expected and where they stood on the repair. Keyla, the receptionist was an absolute pleasure as well. Jeff seemed to handle the repair as if it was his own car. My wife and I were both extremely happy with how it looked and turned out; the car looked new. In addition to a new front bumper, grille and headlight, Jeff buffed the other headlight, getting off minor scratches and blemishes to have it look like new to match. I had a problem with the trunk hood closing squarely which was not due to the accident and when Jeff saw it, he fixed that as well at no charge. Jeff went over the car with me when I picked it up to make sure I was happy. Like many other drivers, we hope not to need a body repair again, but if I did, I would bring it to Desert Valley Auto Body.
