I reached out to J's Auto Body & Collision over the weekend to get a quote on some body work after damaging someone else's car. I spoke to Cynthia who listened to my story and was very empathetic to my situation. J who is the estimater was not there that Saturday, so she thoroughly took notes and helped articulate what was needed for the car. I was promised a response on Monday to get a quote, and sure enough, I received a text message from the business with a detailed quote which was the most reasonable out of all quotes I received. The quote broke down the hourly rate, the labor hours needed and all the materials required to complete the job. I was impressed by their promptness, transparency and great customer service. J's understood my situation since this was going to be an out of pocket repair and made sure I felt comfortable with their pricing model which was affordable and transparent. I was very pleased with J's Auto Body & Collision for their promptness, professionalism, responsiveness and high levels of customer service.

Had such a great experience. They treated me well and are truly miracle workers. My car was hit very hard in a rear end collision. And they were able to make it like new. I wrecked my Kia Rio on the i10. I drove it to my mechanic shop who referred them to me. I feel like the price was fair and they worked with me by allowing me to make payments. My car looks better than it did before the wreck. Definitely taking my other cars there that need body work.

What a great place, locally owned and straight to the point. Fender bender, and was recommended to js autobody. Brought my car in for pictures to get an estimate. I had an approved claim with my insurance within 2weeks and ended up getting my fender fixed and my hood.
