Bell Road Certified Collision Center

We hit an elk in Flaggstaff and had our car towed to Bell road Toyota. Rick did our giant repair in 6 weeks and would have gotten it done even faster if the insurance process was quicker. He was courteous and so professional. Our vehicle looks brand new! Sorry I can’t post an after picture at the moment because we are in it on our travels back home to North Carolina. She’s running perfectly!

Sam in the collision center has gone above and beyond multiple times with our vehicle. He is responsive, timely, and just really great to work with. Thank you to Sam and your whole team!

Samuel and his team were awesome!! Very informative of what to expect and excellent communication along the way of the repairs. I am happy I chose Bell Road Toyota Collision Center to handle my vehicle repairs, they never dissapoint, the final product turned out like nothing had ever happened.

Sam did a wonderful job doing the estimates for my insurance company. Super easy process. Quick and ample availability to come in. Handled all the paperwork promptly. Very respectful to me and my wife. Their shop was a recommended partner with my insurance. Actual person answers the phone and was very polite and professional.
