Very Disappointed – Untrustworthy and Rude I purchased a spare tire from this shop, and they gave me one that does not fit my car. I noticed the issue just an hour later and immediately called them. They picked up the phone once, but then stopped answering altogether. When I went back to the shop in person, they refused to refund or exchange the tire. The staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. I feel completely scammed and lost both my money and a usable tire. This shop is unreliable and lacks basic customer service. I strongly advise others to stay away.

Moncada really pulled it off for us! We love our skateboard setups, but it was so hard to find someone able to balance out our 26x16 wheels mounted to 40s where we live and had to travel 200 miles from where we live to find someone who could. Great wheel and tire shop. Pricing is on point, details such as lining up the valve stem proper to the tire marking, balancing, & sensor programming. Gilbert does a great job, my car drives like it is on glass even though my tires are smaller than my previous tires. Thanks for the quick turn around time!
