Logan was great—helpful and courteous during my visit. However, my follow-up call with the night staff was disappointing. When I mentioned the kickdown cable didn’t fit snugly, the staff member became confrontational for no reason. Instead of offering help, he told me to ‘just talk to Logan’ and shut down the conversation. That kind of attitude isn’t acceptable—especially when customers are just asking for clarification if a set of garments were needed.

Bought a whipple supercharger through them, after getting car back it began to run horribly, they went 4000 over original quote. They tried to keep my hp tuner and other parts, and also installed unauthorized parts on my car, all the while giving me false advice for my vehicle. Never kept me advised on anything happening with my vehicle. So if you have anything newer than 1990 this shop has no clue of what they're doing. This shop is shady as hell.

Took my chrysler 300c 6.1hemi they offered to rebuild my motor for 10-15 thousand ended up paying 24 thousand never received a phone or update on my vehicle through the 11 months they had it. had to show up constantly for a update.got a dyno tune they couldn't give me a sheet of of my tune so I'm left lost on that part after paying 2500 for it my car broke down 2weeks later now my car don't even want to crank over and Definitely not going back to this place horrible service on my vehicle they say they can do this and that but when it comes down to it they skip corners jus so they can make some extra cash.went back the next day I got my vehicle out explained to them it kept shutting off randomly they didn't even no what to say and said bring it back so they can check it out but if they couldn't get right the first time then there's no point.was very excited to get my vehicle back spent money in didn't have jus to get my car back and broken down in my garage thanks for nothing.

Went in to get set of plug wires. Guy gave me the wrong wire set. Coil plug not right. So it fried my coils. 160$ wires. 800$ in coils. Thanks guys

I have a rock crawler that needed dyno tuning. After trying to do it myself I gave up. Made an appointment with Mike at Lopers. He did a great job getting it tuned and running great. I highly recommend them.
