🔧 AZ Perfect Comfort Heating & Cooling

My air conditioner stopped cooling last night, so I called AZ Perfect Comfort first thing this morning. They were able to send technician Mike out the same day! He was polite, professional, and thorough in diagnosing the issue. He quickly replaced my capacitor and had my AC running again in no time. Excellent service from start to finish!

AZ perfect comfort were wonderful to work with. This is our first home and we needed to set up regular maintenance for our AC & HVAC systems. They communicate well and are upfront and honest. Mike came over to our home and was early, professional and very knowledgeable. He explained in detail, with pictures, our systems, and the condition. I would highly recommend Mike and AZ perfect comfort. We also signed up for their membership plan, which has many great perks.

I had a new American Standard HVAC installed today. The process started last week with Kyle, my technician, and he was awesome. Kyle was knowledgeable & patient; he spent the time to properly diagnose my broken AC. He then presented options to fix the old AC unit and options for replacement. Never did he try to “up sell” me through the process. Kyle’s advice and trustworthiness is what distinguishes AZ Perfect Comfort’s staff from the competition. My installers (Jesse and Mike) were awesome as well! Jesse and Mike were very professional & trustworthy and made sure the installation was done properly. They were friendly and I was comfortable having them in my home. Even my dog loved them! 👍 For repairs, maintenance, or new installations: you won’t go wrong with AZ Perfect Comfort.

Mike was punctual, professional, and very thorough with the inspection and cleaning. He took the time to explain what he was doing, gave helpful tips to keep our system running efficiently, and made sure everything was in top shape before he left. We used AZ Perfect Comfort to replaced our old unit 2 years ago. A friend of ours referred us. The entire company is amazing! The price was the lowest of 5 companies we received estimates from. Fred I believe the owner makes you feel like family! We had issues with our thermostat and he himself came out and replaced it with no additional cost! Mike has been our AC tech for a year now and he is always courteous, friendly, and always cleans up after. We appreciate him always taking the time on giving us the overview of what he has done and at the end he never rushes to get out but always gives us time if we have any questions for him. We have requested him to be our permanent tech to come out for our maintenance! Thank you Mike for giving us confidence our AC is being well taken care of!
