Picking up our Uhual at this location. It’s a little dirty but it’s fine!

just returned my u-haul from a one way trip cleaned and swept and they told me your all checked in have a good day after 30 minutes of waiting. when i got home i notice a charge on my card of roughly $30 i called and asked what this was for and she said it was a cleaning fee. not only did she not tell me that she was charging me for a cleaning fee I swept and cleaned that U-Haul better than when I picked it up. She said there was some stuff left around the cupholders inside of the truck. I picked it up that way, I spoke to the manager from where I picked it up and he said I just need to return it as good as it looked when I picked it up which I did. Having to call And dispute the charge. Do not go here. and by the way u can get all your tire needs cheaper at discount tire. I’m also calling BBB to Phillip complaint against this company as they should not be in business doing business like this.

I just picked up a Uhaul from this location and Jeff was the utmost professional. He went through everything and explained the entire process. He had the unit waiting on my arrival, clean and ready to go. I highly recommend this location. Clean and Honest. Thanks

Had some “gently used” tires put on my car for $1,000.00 less than the Big Box companies were trying to charge! Fast, reliable, as promised. Zero complaints.

The low air dash light came on, and it was 90 minutes before an appointment. I saw a piece of metal in my tire and didn't dare wait until after the appointment to limp up to Cave Creek. Brought it in and i was taken care of immediately. The metal didn't pierce the tire, turns out it was low air pressure that coincidentally happened the same time as the metal shard. I was in and out in ten minutes and only $5 cheaper. Great job, great service, and awesome price. I strongly recommend!
