1st time customer. Great crew!! They carried 2 tires for our car, but we still need 2 more. Really great tires! Thank you, Llantera Ramirez!

On 4/18/2025 I walk in the store to fix a tire there was a older lady 50's helps me out i let her know im here to fix a flat ok they break down the tire and recommended me putting a new tire because it was driven flat and ruined the tire ok I agree the tires I have are about $110 each where i bought them from literally a few months ago she trys to upcharge me to give her $160 each now trying to say that it's because Trumps tarrifs is why they are so expensive now so I call the other tire shop where I originally bought my tires there were actually 20 bucks cheaper than I bought them for and the owner said just put your spare on still within warranty I replace it free. Long story short llantera tires are way overpriced and have no customer service skills.

Terrible service, they say a price and in the end they come up with another. In addition, if the tires were seen on Facebook, they don't even have them in the store. I arrived at 9:30 and left at 12:15 just to change a set of tires. I won’t recommend their service at all.

Very poor communication on their part! Got in contact with them about a set of tires. Told them I would be there tomorrow to get. Messaged him when I left Waddell. I got all the way to this tire shop 45 min later only to find out they sold them earlier in the day. No apologies no nothing. I suggest you don't even waste your time here and move on to another shop.
